🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

We provide detailed product descriptions, sizing information, and clear photos so you know exactly what to expect before placing your order. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds based on preference, color variation, or change of mind.

📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you, please include:
• Your order number  
• Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging  

We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🚚 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Craft Suppliers Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist where we can.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled or modified only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

💳 REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds are only issued in cases where:
• An item arrives damaged  
• You receive the wrong item  

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

📍 INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
